we split custody 50/50 when she comes home from his house she has 5 splinters in one hand 3-4 in the other and 1 or 2 in each foot. im not sure what to do about it. ive talked to him about it and he has said he looks and takes out the splinters. why then do i find so many?what would you do?

probably just remove them. what can you do other than suggest she not play in areas where she can get so many splinters?

Choose ur battles. That's all I can say. I am a BM of a 3yr old and split 50/50 w/her dad and I am also a SM to a (almotst) 5yr old and I have a 6mth old w/my SO. Lol.. What an intro. And u need to learn to choose ur battles. Easier said than done, trust me! But u need to trust he's being the best dad when he has her like he respects and trust ur the best mom (or @ least I hope he does) when u are concerned about something maybe he will really be aware when u bring it up instead of constant nagging. I get along w/my Ex. I do it for my dd. Cause it's being the best mom I can be. And when I have an issue I explain what, why, and a way I'd like to fix it. Works :)
