He is on his hands and feet crawling (no knees) with his head in the floor just going around the room like that. Occasionally he will then do a little flip/roll thing, get back up and walk around on his hands and feet with his head in the floor. LOL!

HAHA, my son does that in Tae kwon do sometimes....they call it the bear crawl :).
