my 14 month old son has become a picky eater AND will only pickup certain foods with his fingers to eat it. (crackers, cereal, french toast sticks, watermelon)...anyone have any suggestions on how to get him to eat more by himself?

Just keep offering. He's young. I don't know that its so much picky as just figuring it out.

Just keep offering food.  He'll eat when he's hungry.

Typical toddler behavior. Don't make it a battle of wills. You offer the foods and then let him decide from there. He will get past it.
