We already have a care bear costume that my baby sister wore 2 years ago, but I found a Foofa costume for $20. Foofa from Yo Gabba Gabba is her favorite. But she's only 18 months.
Would you spend the money on Foofa because she would love it? Or just use the care bear because she won't remember it anyways? I can't decide.

Well, how are your fincances? IF you have the $20 to spare, go for it :). If things are crunched....go for the one you have :).
Or, sell the one you have for something and put that towards the new one :)

She liked that the care bear was purple, but showed little
interest.
interest.
Quoting EvilQueenMommy:Do it if you have the extra money, and she will love it. She might love carebear too though. Have you showed it to her?

If I were in this situation I would just use the care bear costume. If she's still interested in foofa next year get it.

If you can afford it, go ahead.
She can also keep the costume for dress up play too. I'm going after Halloween and buying DD 18months some costumes for Christmas. So she can play dress up and maybe it will keep her from emptying her dresser daily. LOL.
