what age are they first considered toddlers?
My dh and i have been debating this. We have a 1yr 1mo year old and he says she's a toddler but i say she's still kind of a baby. she does walk, run, climb, say words like mama, dada, coco (our dogs name) and has two older sisters to teach her the ropes! So whats your opinion? Are they toddlers as soon as they turn a year or not?
