My 13 month old breaks my heart when she sleeps. She rustles a lot and cries also,,, what can I do to help her sleep better?

does she wake up and need you or is she just a restless sleeper? if she's just restless i don't know that there's anything you can do to change what's going on in her head. does she sleep with soothing music?...

Is she awake or asleep. Maybe soothing sounds and lights would help.

My little dude had night terrors and woke up a lot if we... fed him just before bed, didn't feed him enough before bed (but not just before), if he was over tired, or listened to music right before bed. To much going on in his head =) He is also starting to communicate to us that he HATES having his feet covered when he sleeps. He is 18 months. We just went down a list of what could it be. good luck =)

Thank you all! She recently was teething but its been since birth, we have a night light and she used to have music but now it's just a light...maybe ill try music again and see if that helps...

Try taking the light away once she's asleep.
