I'm talking about a laptop made for kids, Like Leap Frog or Vtech. DS loves my laptop and he is always trying to play with it and my USB mouse. He knows how to turn it on and off and I'm thinking it might be time for him to have his own. I want a toy laptop for him. I know most say they start at 2 years and he'll only be 18 months for Christmas but I think it is worth it to buy it sooner rather than later.
Does anyone have any that they liked or disliked? I think he'd like the V-tech one better because it has a mouse, but i can picture him dragging it around the house by the mouse.
Any help would be awesome!
I like the one by leap frog. You can personalize it to say their name during games and such as well.
waste of money...go with an ipad. it's worth the little extra.
i got the leap pad for my son last xmas. he used it like twice. the ipad he uses almost every day
For $25 it wouldn't be a waste of money. $250 for something my kid would break within a week would be a huge waste.

I'm not sure about a laptop but my daughter has an Innotab and she loves it. You can download apps and games for free or cheap or you can buy cartridges for it. It's very durable and easily portable.
ohh ok...the one i got my son was $150 for the pack. if it's only $25 then i'd just go with that.

Sorry if my reply seemed rude. I want to get the samsung tablet for myself and for DS in the car, but I don't think he's ready for something that expensive yet.
