At what age did you introduce fish to your child? My son is 16mo. and I have yet to give him any fish.

I started around age 2 but only wild caught salmon and only in very small amounts.

My 15 month old has been eating fish since she turned one. It's her main source of protein. She htes chicken, turkey, red meat, etc.

We first gave DD shrimp before she turned 1.  She loves fish and sometimes opts to eat fish instead of meat or chicken.

About that age.  We eat Talapia and my 35 month old loves it.  We grill it, serve a salad, a veggie and usually potatoes (which she does NOT eat) and she usually asks for seconds of the fish.  :)
