POTTY TRAINED KIDS: How long did it take for your LO to potty train?

My daughter trained within days when we put her in panties when she started going pee in the potty when she was 2.

We haven't tried with my son. He has a potty but just to play and familiarize himself with it, as we did with our daughter.  We won't put him in undies until he seems to be showing an interest in actually using it for it's intended purpose.  He likes to sit on it right now and take his diaper off to sit on it, but nothing yet, which is okay. :) He is only 1.5 years right now.

Keira was 26 mos when she trained.  It took a little more than a week.  No pullups even at night.

Clover trained at 23 mos. She was day trained in about 4 days.  I used pullups at night for one month, and ditched them after that.  She still has yet to have an accident at night and that was back in July!

My daugher was potty trained right before she turned 3 it Took like 3 months for her to not have accidents. She still wets the bed so she still wears pull ups. She is almost 5.

We took a relaxed approach with both kids. I didn't want to be stuck at home. My son was 3 1/2 and after 4 weeks I was 100% comfortable taking him anywhere in underwear. My dd was 2 years 9 months and was totally trained in 3 weeks.

My first was two and it took one day. My second was two and it took one day. My third was three and he took one day. My fourth was two years nne months and it took one day. The key is to wait until they are totally ready and it isn't a huge process.

I waited to put my son in underwear until I knew he could hold it and go when he needed to, he was 33 months.  I would say it took a week or two to get peeing down and another week or two for pooping.  He started staying dry at night after another week or two so we put him in underwear at night.  I would say maybe 5 or 6 weeks altogether.  This was just a month ago and he still has the occational accident at night but it is getting less frequent.

My son was 29 months when he started going to the potty. I had tried to teach him when he was 2 but he had no interest so I stopped. Then one day he said he needed to go potty and has gone ever since and has only has one accident since.

YEARS!  He was interested in the potty thing, but not interested in really doing it full time :/.  So, most days he was diapered.

He was graduating to a preschool that required him to be potty trained.  I knew the director well and she said she knew he was on teh cusp, and she was right.  It toko him 2 weeks in her class and that was it :).

With my son, I tried numerous times through ages 2-3 and he wasn't ready. Right after his 3rd birthday, he decided he was ready and it took about a week.

My daughter had some medical issues so it took her almost 3 years. She is about to turn 6 and is still having occasional accidents (maybe 2-3 per week), but she is finally potty trained for the most part.

My oldest took FOREVER. She was over 4. My little one has already gone on her potty a few times at 20 months so I am really hoping it is much earlier for her!
