it's probably gas and/or the beginnings of diarreah...there is chlidren's immodium, not sure how young you can use it for.

Chamomille and ginger teas are good for stomach aches, gripe water, tums

Honestly I swear by flat warm ginger ale for tummy aches. It settles the tummy. My mom use to do it to me when I was a kid and I still use it now..

candied ginger might help as well if you could get them to eat/chew some.

diarreah is such a hard thing because it creates cramps (immodium helps that), but really she needs to eat the brat diet to help stop the bms and ease her tummy. bananas, rice, apples, toast/tea, nothing too sugary, no "p" words

I wouldn't give her any medications.  Any other symptoms?  I would call the pediatrician.  If she's doubled over in pain, I'd take her to the ER

Childrens tums or childrens pepto. But it does sound serious if she's in that much pain. Id take her in to the dr or ER.

could be just gas. She may need to just walk around for it to move. My daughter had a belly ache bad a couple of yrs ago and we were worried. We took her to have x-ray and it was freakin huge inside that lil tummy. Doc gave us some malox. It helped. I think she was 2 then.

Saltines and 7up?  That's always what my parents gave me.  Peppermint is a great idea too.  Peppermint tea, or chamomile tea.
