One thing I have learned is that taking a nap during the day actually makes them sleep better at night in most cases. Sometimes if they get too tired then it actually makes it harder to go to sleep. I know that doesn't make sense, but it does seem to be true. Just make sure there nap is early in the afternoon. Also, I would probably cut out the TV time right before bed. That seems to stimulate their minds or something and make it harder for them to go to sleep. Instead maybe turn out the lights and sing to them or tell them a story. This is what I do with my kids and it seems to work pretty well most nights.

What time do they wake up?

I know with my 2 year old we stop TV time about an hour before bed. That and the light from the cell phone keeps him too stimulated. We read books for about 30 minutes after bath time then all lights out until he falls asleep... usually in about 15-20 mins.

I'd cut out the tv before bed and the phone interaction - basically any electronics. They can cause over-stimulation before bed.
