Valentine's Day Fun Challenge Day 5: Homemade Valentine Play Dough
Today's activity is a classic with a Valentine's Day twist! Homemade play dough will be lots of fun for your kids and keep them entertained for a while!
Play Doh Ingredients:
2.5 cups water
1 1/4 c. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. cream of tartar
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
2.5 cups flour
Food coloring, liquid watercolors, or icing colors

We mixed up pink, red, and white batches of play doh. I bought heart shaped cookie cutters at the Dollar Store. My kids had fun cutting and molding hearts.

Do your kids like to play with play doh? Have you ever made your own or do you buy it from the store?

Yes they do however we dont have any in the house and I will not make it for them. To messy and the toddler will just eat it.
We LOVE LOVE LOVE playdough! We ask for it for all special occasions. But of course we also make our own. You can also scent the playdough or even put edible sparkles in it! :) So much fun!!!!
