When we got home I opened the letters and I think he lost his breath for a minute! Lol
We put them all on the fridge and I let him explore for about 45 min then it was time for "quiet time" which means books and juice in his crib as he's given up naps ( but I still need quiet).
I put him in his crib and his face squinched up and tears started flowing as he is crying " eeeee!"
" rrrrrrr!" " mmmmmmm!"
I have never seen him so horribly upset! Yet it was adorable, too .
I went and got some of the lower case letters that were lighter and put them on the metal rungs of his crib and some extras to hold. He still wasn't thrilled, but his face at least went back to normal and he was satisfied enough for me to shut the door . I remember feeling that way when we left an amusement park or a movie .... I guess sensitivity is genetic ! Poor guy!
