What do you reward your toddler with when they use the potty?
We give our daughter an m&m so its not too much but it works pretty well.

In the very beginning we rewarded with stickers and praise but then just praise. It worked for us. :)

We give my 23 month old loads of verbal praise. He'll give us high fives and fist bumps. He loves it. He's been taking himself potty without help or prompting now for a few months. His biggest accomplishment lately is pulling his underwear back up when he is done instead of taking his clothes off completely. Also pooping in the potty is a recent accomplishment. He used to pee in the potty and then stand in front of it and poop on the floor or just wait until he had undies on and he'd go in them.

Neither did we. Ds is 23 months and very private. He won't even let us in the bathroom when he uses the potty. He looks at us like were are dorks if we ever try to celebrate. It's all business to him.
Quoting EvilAsh:We never rewarded them for going on the potty.
