Everytime I make this, my 2 year old inhales it. It sounded weird to me at first, but OMG. SO. DELICIOUS.

My husband said this was his go-to meal whenever he babysat kids.

You will need:
hard boiled eggs
waffles
cream cheese
syrup
sausage patties

On a toasted waffle, spread cream cheese until it is completely covered (I like it a little thick so I can still taste it with everything else).
Put sausage patty on top of cream cheese.
Chop up the hard boiled egg, and put on top of sausage patty. (one egg per waffle)
cover with syrup.

voila!!!! It is seriously tasty. I made it for lunch yesterday for everyone ;)

I would try it except that I'm allergic to the eggs and the cream cheese (boo!) and the waffle would have to be gluten-free.

I'm surprised the syrup works with the hard-boiled egg!

I prefer over easy eggs rather than hard boiled. I make my pancakes like that some times.

Sounds odd. Lol I like that stuff separate but don't normally like mixing them.

you guys can definitely experiment with this- eggs can be over easy or however, doesn't necessarily have to be hard boiled.
The other day I used honey cream cheese and it was delicious.

I hate syrup on my meat so that is something I would pass on.  That's good your 2 year old loves it though. :)
