My DD will be 3 in June, she gave up her naps in Dec.  All my kids gave up there naps by 3 1/2 .  She goes to bed at 7pm and typically sleeps till 7-7:30am..  Do your toddlers and pre schoolers still nap?

Liam is 4 and has not taken a nap since he was about 13-14 months old (he was never a good sleeper until he had his tonsils and adenoids out in November) he will go to bed between 7-7:30 (usually) and sleep until 6-6:30... Lucas on the other hand is my little sleeper. He's 13 months and loves to sleep. He goes to bed about 7, gets up about 7 takes his morning nap from 10-11 and then another nap from 2-4...

My oldest (5) stopped napping at 3. My 20 month old still naps but she fights it. She stays up late and fights going to bed too though.
