See what CafeMoms are saying about saving time this holiday season..
My son has become very shy and clingy shortly after turning two. He has always been rather independent, and we've always encouraged him to form his own personality. Since turning two, he has regressed when we are out and about. He insists on being carried places, and has sudden irrational fears of things which were previously fine (examples: stairs in the garage, my MIL's car, sitting at a picnic table with other children), and says "scared! carry?" frequently. If I try to coax him into independence, he bursts into tears. He's not a cryer ordinarily. What do you make of this behavior?
