Hey all of you,

With the start of school looming in teh coming months, some of you may have started to think about getting your allergic children's medications in order.  And I am aware as much as you are that those epipens are no cheap buggers!  That being said, Mylan (the makers of EpiPen) are here to help!

I just noticed in thier website, they have a "coupon" that looks like a prescription card.  It allows anyone to get up to 3 Epepen 2 packs (EpiPen or EpiPen Jr) with $0 copay up to $100 per injector.  You can use this card as many times as you need to through 12/31/2013.  I don't know if they will repeat the offer, but the savings this year alone is helpful!

Thought you would want to know!

Thanks! We probably need to get them - DS just got allergy testing & came up with 17 foods as positive so far (not done yet) with some
Major reactions on nuts.

Thank goodness! We've only needed one pack in the past because I was a SAHM, but her DC requires 2 on hand at all times, and I need 2 at home, and her dance half-day preschool that she goes to 3 days a week also requires 2 on hand, so I'll need 3 packs now.

Holy Moly!! Thank you! My Honey's union is on strike and benefits have been suspended. You've just crossed a worry off my list!

Aww geez.  My son was like that, he was allergic to literally everything.  Has your DS gone through skin prick testing?  If not, that will be A LOT more accurate.

And if you need anything in regards to help finding foods your child can eat, let me know.  Its hard to move diets around, you find any kind of food in everything, especially corn, soy, wheat and milk!

Good luck!

Odd question, and I looked at terms & conditions, anyone know if it has to be a human patient? I have epipens for my dog.
