DD is two she has a snack between Breakfast and Lunch and then she has one between lunch and dinner.

DS is four and he has one between lunch and dinner.

Sometimes one before bed for both of them depending on how much dinner they ate. (usually a fruit or string cheese.

So dd gets 2-3 and DS gets 1-2

19 month old has one between each meal.  But she also eats 2 lunches or dinners depending on what way you look at it. lol

My older kids can eat whenever they want no permission required. in school the have 2 snacks and their lunch and one when they get home and one before bedtime or so.

My ds is almost 6 he has the option to have on at school around 9:30. Then has one when he gets home from school.

Dd1 is 4. She has 2 in the morning then 1 in the afternoon.

Dd2 is 1yo. She has 3-4 throughout the day plus she nurses on demand

None.  Our 5 year old won't eat dinner if she's given anything for a snack in the afternoon. The 1 year old seems to do well with just 3 meals a day so I see no reason to even start the snack thing with her.
