Every Friday is S&T--it is supposed to be based on the letter or concept they are "studying" that week.  (Last week the concept was dinasours.  This week it's the senses.)

We usually spend time during the week discussing the letter and what things around the house begin with the letter.  We typically don't do the concept much (dinosaurs being the exception!)

Last week he brought in his T-Rex (dinosaur week.)

This week he is bringing in his Nutcracker (letter N.)  He was so proud that he thought of this one all by himself!!

Dd's class has a "special kid" everyday. They are the teacher's helper and get to be at the head of the line. Whoever is the special kid that day does show n tell.

She has brought in a picture of her at the beach holding a shell and her My Little Pony doll that she got for her birthday.

My preschooler doesn't have show and tell at his school. My oldest son used to have it at his school but its been years, I can't remember what he brought in.
