 I love the seed idea. 

This year DS is really into Ninja Turtles. Target has some of the cartoons for $5 this week, so he'll get a movie in his basket.

Thanks for the good ideas!  I buy sets of stickers and cut them into smaller pieces and use those.  I put chocoalte in some of the eggs too. 

Though my DD has figured out that the eggs that make noise when you shake them have chocolate and the silent ones have stickers.   She tries to keep all the noisy ones and give the quiet ones to her brother.    :-)

Put a few beads in with some of the stickers and stuff a couple of the chocolate ones with tissue paper.

My kids are getting outdoor toys that I bought on clearance last fall, eggs with candy, eggs with money, sunglasses, and some other small things

Good idea. I do several of these things. Candy usually goes to waste..... so I get very little.
