Dh is pushing me to cut dd's hair. I know if i do it'll be easier to care for, but I don't like any of the hair cuts that I've seen for girls her age. Anyone know of any cute ones?

I just cut my 4 year old's to her shoulders yesterday. It was mid-back before. She was tired of the tangles and I thought it would be more comfortable in the summer. She LOVES it and so do Daddy and I.

I haven't even looked at hair cuts for girls yet. LOL my dd is 2, but she still has the thin, fine baby hair. and it's just now long enough to put up in pig tails so I haven't even considered cutting it yet. and it's curly so it looks shorter than it is.

We don't do any special cuts.   We just cut it to her mid back. We'll style with headbands, pins, pony tails...

So long as it's not overly long or think i would just trim it to make it manageable and then style it

Soaking wet it reaches her butt.

why is he pushing for it?

My DD is 5. We had bangs cut when she was younger and since then we just keep the bangs cut and get the rest trimmed up a bit.

Just before she goes to K, I may have a bit more taken off (because she's been asking for it to be shorter). But until then, we're just leaving it long.

Good luck!

My dd (3) has a pixie hair cut but then again it wasn't long before that.
