What was the first job you ever had?

For me, I was 16 and a friend was working at a restaurant. She asked if I wanted to come work there as well, as a dishwasher.  It was a buffet restaurant so lots of dishes to wash.  I eventually worked my way up to bussing tables and then the restaurant morphed into a bar which meant I was no longer old enough to work there. I then went on to work in an ice cream/sub shop. Oh, my aching wrist after scooping ice cream all day long!

My first job was a camp counselor at a local rec camp. I was 17 and had a group of 8 six year olds. It was a great summer job!

I was 14 or 15 and my mom worked at a car dealership. They needed a clening person so she got me the job. It was groes because it was all men and she was the only female. It did pay decent though.

I worked at a court reporting agency.  I typed up worker's comp documents.  It was really boring.
