My DD loves to color and would be happy to do it all day. My son doesn't think it's fun at all! It's amazing how different they are about it!

Not really, no.

But give him an invisible ink book and he will be happy for an hour!

Yes, all four of my LO's like to color.  I like to mix it up with some of the fun things I've been seeing in the stores like marker paintbrushes!

My 3 year old didn't like coloring until recently. It was always an option for her but she never really cards for it and now loves it. My 18 month old has prettying loved coloring since she could hold a crayon. Your right they can be so different, it's fun to watch

My son hated to color... didn't want anything to do with it or trying to write until he was in Kindergarten.... then he enjoyed art and painting and such (but still not a fan of coloring or writing)

My daughter loves to color (she's 2 1/2) we have to be careful where markers and pens are kept because if she gets her hands on them she will color ANYTHING... the couch, walls, floor, bed, her BROTHER (she got scolded just last night for that one!)

My oldest refused to color for a long, long time. It took us a while to figure out that she didn't like the paper to get dirty.
