Is he getting enough sleep? You know how you want to behave when you haven't gotten your 6.5 hours of sleep per night. Kids just act on it. lol. If he's having a hard time falling asleep you might try some melatonin. Its all natural 1mg. about an hour before bed you can move up the dosage all the way to 12 mgs if that doesn't seem to be enough. I do have an autistic kid so I might have some ideas for different tactics that you could use if you have any thing specific.Good Luck!!!

my 3yo acts out when she doesn't get enough sleep, most nights she get it though.  3yo need 12 hours a sleep anight.  and sometimes kids just act out.

Good luck

It could possible be in his diet... some times kids act out when they have a reaction to different foods... red dye is a big one.... sugers or even dairy..... i have seen kids act out from wheat if there body is not tolorating it properly.  my best suggestion is to watch his diet and see if some days are worse then others depending on diet..

I would watch him for a week or so and keep a journal and keep track as to what triggers his outbursts and what if anything helps or makes them worse . Then you can try to avoid these things or help him learn how to deal with them.
