It totally has been a long time. We just moved into a new house that was a dump. It was a foreclosure in an area that we would have never been able to afford under normal economy conditions. Our old house is under contract finally so it has been a rough summer. But my house is now put back together...we hope. And life is calming down...I hope it stays that way. How are you? What is new?
