Hi carol-I just wanted to stop by say hi-and congrats on the weight loss-my biggest downfall is sweets-so I reward myself moderately, like on the weekends sunday nights I splurge and have a piece of cake or something...and I eat it slowly and savor every bite, or through out the week I will buy some m& m and eat just a couple sucking on them so I get the full flavor, cuz its the sweetness I really want-I hope you find lots of tips in the group-I know you'll love it!
