I am a mom of three kids, ages 21 to 15. My oldest is a Jr in college majoring in American Studies. My second son is a Sr in HS and hopes to go to Penn State for Computer Engineering. My youngest is my daughter, 15 and a Soph in HS. She is looking at some sort of PT degree when she goes to college.

I have three horses, two we ride and one is a Mini we take to nursing homes. My main ride is Patch, an 11 yr old gelding SSH/TWH. He's my love. My mare is about 18 and also a SSH. She's typical standoffish mare, however she does what she is told and is very bombproof. They live at the farm next to my house, and I do all daily care.

My hubby is a VP of HR and VP of Leadership at the local hospital. It's a great combo of all the things he does well. He's only been there since Mid-Aug, before that for 8 years he was self employed and worked from the house. Drove me nuts!

We have been married for 23 years, together for 25. Wow at my age of 45 I have been with him longer than 1/2 my life. I don't really like his family and that goes both ways. Holidays are torture!

I ride my horses for a Search and Rescue group and also for the local Neighborhood Watch Program which I instigated getting started. Talking the local PD into letting me do it took a whole year.

I am a black belt in Shotokan karate, as are my DH and all three kids. I have recently joined a gym and now work out 4 days a week...lost 18 lbs so far! Thank goodness for MP3 players!
