Hey Theresa,
How's it going...thought I would check up on you? I actually have started walking again! LOL! I walked 2 1/2 miles on Friday and then 1/4 of a mile on Sat. and last night. I'm getting motivated to get out of the house. I've only lost 2 lbs...retained 1 lb of that back...but I'm working on it! You keep up the good work!
