I am an Independent Beach Body Coach, married, with one Daughter and she is my pride and joy! My family and I enjoy going to the movies, concerts, and theme parks! To say that I am a music lover is an understatement. When I am having rough time music gets me through it! I recently fallen in love with exercise and it is changing my life for the better! I am totally into healthy living and natural healing.

In 2008 I hit rock bottom physically and mentally. I was over 200 lbs and a Women’s size 22! Not only did I hate myself but my body also hated me for the abuse that I put it through! Back then I totally hated exercise and lived to eat! My life revolved around comfort and what greasy or fatty thing I was going to devour next! I was totally obsessed with food and all I could think about was what is for dinner or what I could snack on! I was on over 13 daily prescription medications! I had a very long list of diagnosed medical conditions including Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Asthma, and High Cholesterol, and the list continued to grow with each Doctors visit! I developed food allergies and chronic digestive problems. My hair started falling out and my skin become very sensitive and unhealthy looking. Then it got to the point to where I was seeing a Gastroenterologist because I acquired dumping syndrome, chronic vomiting, GERD, and Chronic Bloating. No matter how much medication they poured down my throat I could not lead a normal life. My unhealthy lifestyle was more than catching up with me and interfering with my basic daily activity. I was a shut in at 39 years of age! I could no longer go to the movies much less to a theme park or the beach with the family. Dining out with the family was totally out of the question because I would get ill immediately after if not during the meal! I could only leave the house to go to the Doctor, lab, or ER and I had to obsess and worry about a bathroom being very close by. I spent more time in Doctors’ offices and hospitals than anywhere else. I started to worry about dying and leaving my Daughter behind. I came to the conclusion that #1 I was too young to live like this, worry about death, and #2 being even if I was 80 I would not be content with what had become of me! So that was the beginning of my transformation. I decided to start treating my body like a temple instead of a garbage disposal. I started out with learning healthy eating habits and then gradually started exercising. I had one foot on a banana peel and another in the grave so it has been a very slow journey filled with many obstacles in my path. In 2009 I finally lost 50 lbs and this year I have been struggling to keep it off and lose more but I am determined to win the battle of the bulge this year. So far I am down from a size 22 to a size 10 and my size 10s’ are getting really loose now! I dream of proudly wearing a bikini again by Christmas! My High Blood Pressure is gone and my Diabetes is reversing as well! I am struggling with Asthma and Arthritis currently but I have come way too far to quit now! I refuse to let anything stand in my way! You know what they say, what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger! I determined to learn how to properly manage the Asthma and Arthritis and be able to exercise and lose the rest of the weight in spite of it! I want more than anything to regain my health and lose another 60 pounds by Christmas. I am in it to win it! I will be successful no matter what and win this battle one and for all!
