Hmmm, things about me?!?

I enjoy all types of music, and my husband and I frequently travel to music festivals around the country.  We take trips to Las Vegas twice a year (although we don't gamble much).  (Traveling is one of our favorite things to do).  I enjoy food and wine tasting.  A favorite restaurant is The Melting Pot.  I watch a LOT of the Discovery Channel, and just recently started tuning in to the Green channel.  Love that science stuff.  Our family is very big on recycling, and trying to help the environment as much as possible.

I'm an Arizona native, and was born in St. Joseph's Hospital, raised on the west side (Avondale area).  My parents still live there.  I'm in the North Phoenix area now, near 32nd St. & Shea Blvd.

I have a degree in Elementary Education, with an ESL endorsement, but don't teach, because I have chosen to be a SAHM until my child (hopefully someday children) is old enough to go to school. 

My son was just born in December, 2008 so we are still new at this, and would love to talk with other new moms out there.  We are exclusively breast feeding, and cloth diapering.  I guess you could kind of say we're a little "crunchy".  haha
