I am the oldest of 5 siblings.  I have one sister and three brothers.  We grew up very close in age and are about one year apart!  I grew up with tons of responsibility for my younger siblings.  

     I was one of those people who graduated from high school when I was 16...just to get out of the house.  I went to college for a year and got married a week after I turned 18.

     Luckily, I continued my college education AND had my first child in my 20's.  My daughter Christy and I graduated on the same day. In May 1984 Christy was five years old graduating from kindergarten .  I was 28 when I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. 

    I got a divorce in my early thirties and met the LOVE of MY LIFE, my husband Rob.  We have one daughter Kate who is now 14.  Christy is now 30 and she has one daughter (my granddaughter Summer who is three). 

    Since 1989, I've had my own business with a home office.  I've done several different things throughout these years; consulting, training, political lobbyist. 

    Today, I earn my living as a motivational business speaker.   I've traveled all over the United States and outside our great nation on several occasions.  I am the co-author of two business books and the author of a political book America's Conscience: Facing Threats to Democracy, the Middle Class and Our World.  Please consider getting a copy if you are at all interested in American Politics. www.americasconscience.com

While I am highly spiritual, I'm not at all religious.  I think most religions use people. I am adverse to radical religions especially  those that have a tendency to brain wash people into thinking their religion is the only way.

     I love to read, write, research. I tend to spend a great deal of time involved in social justice programs.  I also spend time on the soccer field, cheering on my star-soccer player Kate!
