I was a very yound mom and I have been through EVERYTHING! Through an abusive relationship, to being dirt poor, and haveing two beautiful girls whom at times I think lives at Childrens hospital... I am vey belssed to wake up everyday and see such a loving family... I couldn't ask to have itany better... because of all that we've been through I think made us who we are today... I wouldn't chnge a Thing :)
Hmmm...try this: keep a daily log. Record the amount of milk she drinks and her behaviour/any other symptoms after drinking the milk. If she hasn't adjusted to only getting milk at meal times and drinking water/juice in between within say a week to two weeks, make an appt. with the dr. bring your journal and see if the dr. can't figure out some tests or something to do. Good luck!
One of my boys would drink soy milk all day long if I let him. I give him 8oz at each meal and then watered down juice or water in between. He can definitely pitch a fit if I don't give him more milk but I tell him "you've had enough for now, if you don't want the water/juice, put your cup in the sink". He'll either give up and drink what I gave him or toss it in the sink. He also tries to sneak and drink his brother's milk but I can usually catch him and stop him. Good luck!
Just saw your post about your LO and her issues with milk. One of mine has a dairy allergy so we drink soy instead. I'd think it'd be unusual for her to develop a milk allergy at this point. You'd probably have other symptoms too like hives, diarrhea...I'd call the pedi and see what they say.
The color of transition, warmth and spice. I am vibrant, stimulating and enthusiastic. Take this quiz
