I know but do you really want him back after all that? I think you should concentrate on moving on. Who knows, maybe he will find interest in you again after seeing an independent strong side. What do you think? Hang in there, I'm thinking of ya!

Just make sure you and H don't end up putting your kids in between you too - you know, asking them to give information, etc. Try to keep things as normal as possible for them. Did you talk to H about the making out? That is completely inappropriate in front of the kids. Did you mention it to your lawyer?
