I'm 23 years old (almost 7/23) married for 4 years to my wonderful, caring, loving, awesome, hardworking, handsome husband, Allen. We have a beautiful daughter, Audrey Lucille born October 27, 2007. (7lbs 4oz. 20in)

I live on the Gulf Coast, been here for almost 10 years. We physically survived Katrina, our belongings didn't. We've been through more "crap" than most people go through in an entire lifetime just in the past 2 1/2 years. If you want to know more about that.. just ask! 

My husband is a truck driver that works locally at DuPont for Knight Transportation. He loves his job, but hates where he works! (isn't that all of us?) The employees are treated unfairly, dont get overtime, and were denied raises after a written promise. Basically he's stuck at this job- for 2 reasons.. 1. there isnt anything else down here for him to do.. and 2. insurance- as sucky as it is.. we need what we can get.

I'm a stay at home mom, even though we're struggling to make ends meet- living paycheck to paycheck... we both agreed that it was the best thing we could do for Audrey. Since I breastfeed (and me and the pump dont get along) it makes more sense. Besides, w/ the cost of child care down here, and limited spaces.. we are saving money by me staying home w/ her.

I'm a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I signed up to hopefully make enough -some day- to help with a couple bills... and cough* for the discount. I'm not a very good sales person (i dont nag for a sale) but I was looking to make a lil extra with classes and custom cards and scrapbooks.

We live in a makeshift apt (was built as a garage- by a few drunks), and live next door to a crack dealer... needless to say, I'm more than ready to get away from here. Its not a safe place for Audrey, and she deserves a safe place to play! When we had her, I thought we'd be out by now! (nope!)

So.. we are looking, well I'm looking at jobs and homes in AK... (jobs for Allen) something we can get into SOON! Allen doesnt want to move until we have a down payment for a home first... but thats not going to happen as long as we stay here. So, we need your prayers that something will come up soon! I chose AK b/c its in between family... and I had a good vibe about it.. :o)
