Widowed at 35 with two boys Adam, 11 and Sam, 5.  I knew I was in for a Ride of my life.  Raising those boys into amazing responsible courageous men was the most rewarding time of my life.  With all the challenges of being a Mom let alone a single mom it was the best time of my life!  I decided in 2007 that I wanted to be affiliated with non profits that would fit my mission statement to "Inspire, promote and encourage self worth in the San Francisco Bay Area"
