Hi! I joined cafemom in hope of meeting some other local moms. I'm a 29 y/o SAHM and very part time dog trainer. I'm the first of my friends to have a baby, so I don't have anyone to talk about mom stuff with! I have a 3.5 year old daughter and an 8 month old baby boy, and I want to meet some other moms with kids 0-4. I'm from Oregon but just moved back here a couple of years ago after 7 years in Minnesota. I've been married for 6.5 years, I have 3 dogs, I like to be active/play sports, shop, travel, etc.

Breastfeeding, co-sleeping for the 1st year, non-circumcising, selective vaxing, extended rear-facing, non CIO, SAHM mom.

Thirteen totally RANDOM things about me:

I hated being pregnant! But I LOVE being a mom!

I LOVE dark chocolate.

I played 4 years of college ice hockey.

I'm Schutzhund training my Doberman.

I LOVE Guava and anything guava flavored!

I lived in the Dominican Republic, and my Spanish STILL isn't that great.

I had a 4.0 in grad school.

I'm seriously thinking about getting into power lifting lol.

I love summer.

I hate wind.

I don't eat fast food.

I'm Italian, Slovakian, Black Irish (Moorish), Scottish, French, Spanish, Native American, African American, and maybe some others!

I think guys that play hockey have THE hottest butts.

I guess that will do for now!
