Number one thing I appreciate is honesty.  No one is perfect and through sharing we find that we all make mistakes, need advice and help or have something to offer another.  We all have opinions, behinds and belly buttons so we can agree to disagree and go out for coffee and good time.  I love family and have grown wisely from the work that it takes in all relationships.  I'm a firm believer in taking care of primary relationships first including the most important one, the one with self.
