I've been happily married to my high school sweetheart since Nov. 99. We have two sons, JR (9/3/03) and Maverick (11/17/05), and around a dozen rescued animal companions. I love to see the sun rise in the morning, but I'd rather stay up for it than get up for it. I'd rather get out and experience things than sit in front of the TV and watch other people experience those things. I'm extremely empathetic. I'm emotional, and I love being that way. I feel completely naked if my toenails aren't painted. I love nature, but don't particularly want it touching me. I'm extremely critical of myself. I've never smoked or touched drugs in my life, and I don't drink alcohol, but I'm addicted to strong, black coffee. I love traveling alone. Black widow spiders fascinate me. I've never eaten a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I have no use for drama. I've never experienced motion sickness. I don't like to drive in rain, but I don't mind walking in it. I'm an excellent listener. Sarcasm is my preferred brand of humor. My husband is the only boy I've ever kissed, and he still gives me butterflies. I have no secrets of my own, but I'm good at keeping everyone else's. Classic muscle cars excite me. If God had expected us to do math in our heads, He wouldn't have invented calculators. I like the smell of clean dirt. I prefer forests to beaches. I'm very forgiving, but don't expect me to forget. I love to cuddle. I'm cat people. I'm comfortable with silence. I have an extremely low tolerance for being cold. I am realistically idealistic. I believe there is a huge difference between being content and being complacent. I also believe there's a fine line between ignorance and stupidity. People who don't know me well tend to think I'm shy, when really I'm just reserved in social situations. One on one, I'll tell you anything you want to know, and probably stuff you don't want to know. If you ask me for advice or an opinion, be prepared to get it. Mosquito hawks freak me out. I don't know how to dance. Like, at all. Strangers are just friends I haven't met yet. I don't like wearing shoes. There are literally about a million things I want to do before I die. I'd rather regret doing something than regret doing nothing. I'm terrified of failure, but I'm more afraid of not trying. I believe in love. I believe in Karma. I believe hate is wasted passion. I believe that the greatest threat to mankind is mankind. I choose to see the world for what it could be, and try to live accordingly. I'm firm in my beliefs, but I can respect the beliefs of others. I'm opinionated and open-minded. I'm passionate and peace-seeking. I'll bend for anybody, break for nobody.
