Wow one on one staffin would be nice, we were one staff per home 24hrs a day. And I know one of the homes should of had two staff at all time during the day they did not allow it, they were tight butts lol

Thank you so very much. So do they have more group homes down here? I worked primary in the home of two guys, which was great we really enjoyed it. I just hate to have to travel so much, everything around here is so much spaced out lol. But I was sick all week so first thing next week I will be sure to go check it out and talk to someone, this is the line of work I have always enjoyed so getting back into it would be great. Hi so understand bout not checkin this often. Ya I thought about A.O. I worked for the company back in Nevada. Really loved what I did, hatted the pay, and the people in the office. Is it good down here, or do they even give raises, we never was given one there no one, it was horrible lol. I was with AO for little over a year & before that the company they took over for over 2, loved my clints though.

After reading about you, I wanted to say hi. I am also new to the Springfield area and too love it, I have worked with special needy for the last 4yrs but have yet found work here. Well stop by and say hi sometime. :)
