    I would LOVE to get some recipes/meal ideas from you! My daughter is recently changed to gluten free and after reading "The Gluten Connection" I am going to try going gluten free too!

      before having a son, i never knew what it was to have my eye nearly poked out by "morning wood". serves me right for trying to change him out of pj pants right thing in the morning.
