Hello Everyone,

I'm a new mom to a little girl named Devri. SHe was born on thanksgiving Day (my actual due date!). The past three months have been so much fun and have gone by so fast.
My husband and i moved to Lake Forest , from San DIego, a little over a year ago due to a new job offer and shortly after we found out we were pregnant. We were in the middle of planning a big wedding when this news came and after a little thinking we deiced to have a private ceremony on the cliffs in Laguna Beach. It was perfect!
I'm a hairstylist at an aveda salon and LOVE doing hair. It's a great way for me to be creative and keep busy, i have diagnosed myself with ADD and OCD so, it's a wonderful career for me. I worked up until a week before i gave birth and have decided that when round 2 comes along i'll be taking it easy.
The main reason i've decided to join Cafemom is because still after a year i've not really made any friends around the area. I've always been fine doing things on my own and i did have the freedom to jump in my car and go visit friends in San DIego and The Central Coast before Devri was born, however, now that she's here it's a different story. Since i'm a stay at home mom i don't have the everyday social interaction of work and hanging out with a 3 month old can make you a little...loopy. Honestly i could do baby talk all day long but i'm loosing my vocabulary. ; )
I would love to meet some women who would just like to hang out, go walking, take the occasional outing and just socialize.

UPDATE- We moved back to San diego (el cajon area) and i am in desperate need of playmates for my little girl. I didn't do much when i lived up in OC and now seeing she's almost 1 i really need to get on it!!
