S.H.A.R.P (Sexual Harassment & Rape Prevention) is a reality based self-defense workshop for women and children featuring easy to learn practical techniques with realistic scenarios. Students learn how to avoid sexual advances, prevent rapes and abductions. Students also learn to defend themselves against attackers(including those physically larger and stronger), and control virtually any alarming situation.
