As Mom's we often hang out with our kid's friend's moms and sometimes we are lucky and form fast friendships. However, I do often miss the days when I forged friendships based on mutual pursuits and the fun that follows when we find people who truly enjoy the same pastimes. I'm hoping that Café Mom will allow me the opportunity to meet Moms with common interest!

I am a saty at home Mom.  I work some evenings and weekends when the hubby returns home to take over, but, my main job is CEO of the Household. Our as I like to say the Queen of my domain.  Before my current reign as Queen, I was a High School drama teacher (7 years). I loved my job but truth be told the hours and the pay check just didn't add up. So, after my 1st child was born I decided to stay home.  And I know you’ll believe me when I say; that even though I retired from teaching Theatre my current life surely never lacks for DRAMA.
