The Italian Meatloaf was very good. My husband gave this a thumbs up! I am enjoying preparing your recipes for my family because I feel they are tasty homecooked food, yet healthy at the same time. That is a good combination!

I just got our Hungarian Goulash into the crockpot and thought I would sample it--it was so delicious, I called my husband to tell him he may have a food orgasm tonight at dinnertime. WOW! It is incredible!
