that is bull. they have to do something. Boy i tell you jackson county is getting worse and worse. Well go with the bb thing the other lady was talking about. If there are children and an aggressive animal something has to be done. I have always had pits and none were ever vicious. But to reduce conflict they are always fenced are chained.
