Hey Moms! So this is where I tell you about myself well let's see. I don't want to revile too much I might scare you away!! LOL Well I'm the mother of 5 children. My oldest is now 24 then we count down from there...22, 18, 16 and 14. Yep. we were very busy. : ) We only managed to get one out of the house so far. LOL The are all great kids. Oh and did I mention the dog. She pulls up the rear at #6! Hey one more doesn't make a difference at this point ya know.

This often includes some type of weight management program. Close to three years! Yikes! Times flies when your having fun, huh? The added bonus for me is that the company I work along with gives me the added benifit of being PAID TO STAY HEALTHY. WE all like that idea Work smarter not harder and be health while doing it all.

My practice is very close to home so so I get to have this wonderful connect with my neighbors of whom many are my clients. So I better be good!
