  • Personal Statement

    *I live in Oregon with my DH & two Jack Russell terriers.
    *Raised six sons (4 are step sons), four of them are married, all are employed - Yippee!
    *I have four grandsons - we don't know how to make girls!
    *We've had two foster daughters with multiple problems, one has been adopted & moved
    *I was a Single mom for 9 years, married now to Lutheran pastor since 1989
    *Somehow survived physical and emotional childhood abuse.
    *I have over 1300 songs on my iPod and 300+ are Neil Diamond! I've been fortunate to see him in concert three times & hope to go in January 2009. Actually got to speak to him in person at the Hilton in Omaha July of 2005!
    *I am a big fan of the NY Yankees & have seen them play in nine different stadiums including New York. Fav's are Jeter, Posada, & Cano. Am still sad that Joe Torre left NY. Glad I got to attend 2 games in Yankee Stadium summer of 2007.
    *Definitely a Chocoholic. Bring on the Brownies!!
    DH & I enjoy singing in our church choir - he's tenor & I'm soprano
