Helen Phillips has worked in child nutrition for eighteen years.  She is President-Elect of the School Nutrition Association and Senior Director of School Nutrition for Norfolk Public Schools in Virginia, serving over 32,000 nutritious meals a day in fifty-four schools.  At home, Helen's title is "Mom," but every once in a while she lets her busy 4-year-old run the show.
