    I am a busy mom to my 6 year old son, Tyler. I just launched my online business called Fit Yummy Mummy.

     

    This is very exciting for it is the culmination of the past few years of experience of working as a fat loss coach/fitness professional for women. I have taken this experience and translated the success strategies, tips and programs into an ebook that is now reaching hundreds of women across the world. In the past 6 weeks (since the launch of this book) I have had a tremendous amount of positive feedback regarding the amazing results women have experienced in that short period of time.
